Ni Hao!

I am Celine, children love to call me Ling Laoshi. I graduated with a master’s degree in teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and also hold an L2 Diploma in Early Childhood Chinese Language Education from Singapore. I have been an Early Childhood Educator since 2002. During this time, I have been dedicated to frontline teaching and curriculum planning, gaining extensive experience in the field.

Over the past two decades, I have nurtured and taught both local as well as Children from diverse learning backgrounds around the world. My educational philosophy is Interest - the spark of Children's learning. Therefore, I believe that fostering children's interest in learning is one of the most important tasks for a language teacher.

I believe that children can truly fall in love with learning in an environment filled with fun and curiosity. I like to use games, stories, and interactive activities to stimulate children's interest in learning, helping them to develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Chinese joyfully.

Furthermore, I place great importance on personalised education, designing teaching content based on each child's characteristics and interests to ensure that every child can progress at their own pace.

I hope that through my experience and knowledge, I can provide your child with the highest quality Chinese education, allowing them to grow and learn happily. Fun Fact

I am very outgoing, energetic, and enjoy exploring new things. I love Music, outdoor playing, Yoga and travelling.
