Application Procedure

4 easy steps to enrol your child in Swallows and Amazons Early Learning Centre (SAA ELC)

A. Step One: Reserve Your Spot

Please note: that it will take you approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete the application form. You will be required to attach your child’s photo, scanned copy (front and back) of your child's ether Dependant’s Pass / PR Pass or Diplomatic Pass or your child’s Vaccination Certificate.

We also require a scanned copy (front and back) of your Employment Pass / Dependant's Pass / PR Pass / Diplomatic Pass in the online or printed application form, so it is advisable that you have these documents at hand.

Submit the SAA ELC Application Form to immediately enter our applicant pool

We will contact you to:
  • Provide an overview of the application process and additional documentation as required as part of our admissions process.
  • Schedule a school visit.




B. Step Two: Required Documents During Application Process

The items below are required to complete your application, if applicable. We will guide you through the process.

Document Copy (front and back) of child’s Dependant’s Pass / PR Pass / Diplomatic Pass

Document Copy of child’s immunisation certificate (or copy of child’s Red Book)

Document Copy (front and back) of Father’s NRIC / Dependant’s Pass / PR Pass / Diplomatic Pass

Document Copy (front and back) of Mother’s NRIC / Dependant’s Pass / PR Pass / Diplomatic Pass

Document 2 x identical recent passport-sized photos of child

Document Any speech/language or learning needs evaluations/records











Please note: that these documents must be supplied to the Admissions Department in English.
Documents which are not in English will need to be translated.

C. Step Three: Payment Of Enrolment Fees

Once the SAA ELC Letter of Acceptance has been sent (email), an invoice will be issued for the payment of the enrolment fees. Course fees will be invoiced prior to the start date.
